Do I need any prior painting experience?
No experience needed for Beginner and Basic courses. They are designed from scratch. For Advanced courses, basic fabric painting knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
How does payment work? Is it secure?
All payments are processed via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or EMI. Your payment is fully encrypted and secure.
What materials do I need to buy?
A basic material list is shared after enrollment. For beginners, a starter kit costing ₹500–₹800 is sufficient. Advanced courses include a material sourcing PDF with exact brands and sources.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Classes are conducted live on Zoom. All sessions are recorded and accessible to you lifetime, so you never miss anything if you can't attend live.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day full refund if you're not satisfied after attending the first session. Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a refund.
Can I enroll if I'm outside India?
Yes! Students from the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Canada, and Malaysia have enrolled. Classes are conducted IST and recordings are available so international students can watch at their own time.
